Meh! Is pretty much how I walked out of group yesterday. Having stuck to plan sooo well, having 72.5 syns over the week and at least 8 pieces of speed EVERY DAY, I end up with 1/2lb off. WTF! I know loads of people view it as 'a loss is a loss' which I totally get, trust me if this was a gain it would be a completely different post! However, all that effort and I don't even get a full pound off, well I'm pissed! Not only was I feel very shitty about it but I didn't even get a 'Well Done' despite going to a different group, so clearly im right in being disappointing in only half! To top it off it happened to be on the week where our leader was reevaluating peoples weight losses with; "We all say we're okay with 1 1/2lb, 1lb or even 1/2lb but we all no we're not! Who ever wanted to join a group and only lose 1/2lb" Yeah thanks love! However I stayed and hoped I wasn't the only one and maybe I could get a reason. She almost finished group when someone shouted that she had missed me out, well now I was feeling even worse! I explained that yes I had lost 6lb in two weeks which is amazing, but I am far from happy about it. I felt quite annoyed because she rushed our talk because we were running out of time and therefore had no real advice to give. Oh well, I wanted 3 1/2lb last week and I am damn well going to get 3 1/2 this week instead!
Onwards and Downwards as they say!
Q; Why don't we appreciate the losses we get, no matter how small. Surely as they say; A loss is a loss!
